A HUGE thank you to all of our parent/family and community volunteers who helped make this year’s Monster Mash a success on Oct. 22! Thank you Purdy Family for coming out for an epic evening of games, dancing, trunk or treating & pies for our incredible principals! Thank you for donating TWO Chompers FULL of candy and goodies to make this night extra special. Huge shoutout to Murrey’s Disposal for donating for our use the trashcan we called “Chomper!” Thank you to all of our trunk or treat participants. We had 22 cars this year and all of them were SO creative. Huge THANK YOU to Gig Harbor Cruisers for joining in the fun and bringing your sweet rides! What a cool experience for our kids.
Our ISCREAMERY takeover on Oct. 16 was also a success! Our Panthers turned out in big numbers to support our school. We look forward to more takeovers this school year. In the meantime, check out Purdy PTA social media on Facebook and Instagram to check out photos and videos from the events, including Mr. Robuck and Mr. Hudac getting pie’d in the face for a good cause!
Don’t forget to SAVE-THE-DATE for our next Purdy PTA Meeting on Tuesday, November 3rd from 6-7 pm! Join us to learn more about our next restaurant takeover in November and our beloved “Make It Take It” event in December. We’d love to see you in person, but if you can’t make it there, hop on Zoom to tune in and share your thoughts: https://zoom.us/j/93039173860 (Meeting ID: 930 3917 3860)
